Rossbeigh is an extensive sandy beach in a rural environment. The whole area is part of the Castlemaine Harbour Special Area of Conservation (SAC), Special Protection Area (SPA), and proposed Natural Heritage Area (pNHA), with important habitats and flora and fauna present.

Rossbeigh is located 2 miles from the village of Glenbeigh on the South Kerry Peninsula and directly south of the Inch sandspit.

Rossbeigh beach is lifeguard patrolled, lifeguard times can be viewed by clicking on the tab above or by checking out the information noticeboard at the beach.
